None. You learn by building real projects.
Business
is the backbone.
You won't learn to play games or make them. You learn how the esports world works as a business, and how to build in it.
How does an esports club make money? Where do brands fit in? How do you set up your own team, event or platform? Students answer questions like these with projects, and even start their own business in the sector during the programme. Every module is taught by people with real experience in the field.

Final year
Into the field.
The last year ends with a bachelor thesis and an internship, both in esports. That combination is a first in Flanders.
Graduates leave as business innovators who know the esports world from the inside, ready for clubs, agencies, brands, software companies and the organisations around them. Students can also spend a semester or an internship abroad.
