Our story

Built around
the people behind the screen.

RKNKT started with three founders whose histories are rooted in gaming and esports. Over the years, we kept seeing the same gaps: talent trying to find a path, companies unsure who to trust, and valuable experience not reaching the people who needed it.

We also saw something that deserves more attention. In a culture built around being online, the human behind the nickname can get overlooked. People need room to grow, places to meet and opportunities to enjoy what they love without feeling they have to hide it.

We started RKNKT to help close those gaps. We help talent build a brand and a business around what they do best. We give companies the guidance, connections and structure to work with gaming culture. And we create opportunities for that culture to bring people together, online and in person.

At the heart of it is a simple belief: shared culture can help us reconnect with ourselves, with each other and with businesses.

Good things happen when we connect.

Three people. A shared instinct.
